So from viewing all these pre-order armor skin bonuses here is what I see, 343 learned a lesson from Halo: Reach (bungie) that lesson being if you let a player customize there armor the more time they will spend playing the game. Is this a good or bad thing when deciding who pre-order from?? not really but you do want to get that cool armor skin though right??
